Getting Started with 3DRBI

The 3DRBI team will reach out to you to set up a meeting where we can further understand your needs, projects, timelines, and other logistical information. This will include identifying who will be taking the captures, who will be receiving training, and who will need access to the projects.

Once you are ready to start your inspections, we will work with you to arrange for a 360 camera to be sent to your community. Shipping may take one to two weeks.

Interesting in getting set up with 3DRBI? Fill out our Getting Started Form. Filling this form will give us a quick overview of who you are and what services you are looking for.
After receiving your camera, 3DRBI will provide a training session for all those who will be conducting the captures. After this session, you will be ready to start requesting inspections!

Requesting a New Inspection

The 3DRBI team will review the request and create a new project for the address specified in the submitted form. We may reach out to you to confirm details or if we have any questions about the project.

We will let you know when the project has been created and you can start capturing! 3DRBI will be available to provide support throughout the capture process; if you run into any issues, please contact your solution manager or email us at info@3drbi.com.
If you have already received training and are ready to start requesting inspections, please fill out our New Inspection Form. This form allows us to better understand your specific project, the type of inspection you are seeking, and any other relevant information that may impact the inspection process. Please submit the form for each site/address you want an inspection for.
